Part-Time or Full-Time Available

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized individual who enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career with our office. This position combines front desk reception duties with patient care responsibilities, including pretesting patients before they see the doctor. Whether you have experience in healthcare or are looking to start a rewarding new career, we are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities Front Desk & Administrative Duties

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming experience
Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and efficiently
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and general inquiries
Handle incoming emails, correspondence, and patient communications
Maintain organized records and perform data entry
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

Patient Care & Pretesting

Escort patients through the exam process
Perform pretesting procedures prior to the doctor's examination
Collect patient information and update medical records
Assist with patient flow throughout the day
Help create a smooth and efficient experience for patients and providers

Customer Service

Provide exceptional service to patients and visitors
Answer questions regarding services and appointments
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable learning new technology and software systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
Medical, dental, optical, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Desire to build a long-term career and grow within the practice
