Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face that guides guests through their meal, ensuring every detail is perfect from start to finish. Your culinary knowledge and food industry experience will help you deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your hospitality career while providing outstanding guest relations.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery.
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and payment processing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation.
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management.
