Office Assistant

Palladion Services – Boston, MA (Financial District)

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM, Salaried -Exempt

This is a perfect position for a high-energy team player who wants to join an established, successful company in a growing industry!

We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to answer our telephones, schedule appointments, manage the flow of applicants into our office, and assist with the management of our busy central hiring location.

Palladion Services, LLC is a service company focused on delivering high-end security services and concierge services throughout greater Boston.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering a high-volume of telephone calls

Conduct personal and professional reference checks of qualified job applicants

Assisting with personnel file completion

Updating employee contact information

Managing databases and completing special projects, as assigned

Scheduling in-office employment interviews

First point of contact for all in-office job applicants and visitors

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or Higher

Minimum 1 year experience in a professional office setting

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Attention to Detail

High energy and a positive personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
