We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant to lead a full-cycle NetSuite implementation for one of our enterprise clients. This role will also be responsible for building and managing the NetSuite implementation team, ensuring successful delivery of all phases — from requirements through post-go-live stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business processes into functional NetSuite configurations across financials, procurement, inventory, and order management.
- Manage the NetSuite implementation lifecycle following best practices and BlueAngle’s delivery standards.
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems (EDI, banking, etc.) through coordination with internal integration and development teams.
Team Leadership & Recruitment
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing NetSuite implementation team (functional, technical, and support consultants).
- Assign roles, manage workloads, and oversee delivery timelines.
- Provide mentorship, quality assurance, and hands-on support to junior consultants.
Client & Project Management
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for all NetSuite project activities.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Develop and maintain the project plan, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategy.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all milestones, from CRP to UAT to Go-Live.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
Solution Design & Continuous Improvement
- Apply deep knowledge of NetSuite modules (Financials, SCM, Projects, Advanced Revenue Management, etc.).
- Drive process optimization by leveraging NetSuite capabilities to streamline and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of NetSuite implementation experience (minimum 3 full-cycle implementations).
- Open to traveling to Portland on occasion
- Proven experience leading NetSuite rollouts for mid-to-large enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Solid understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics (ability to guide technical teams).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Experience in building and managing implementation teams.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
- Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Celigo, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working in consulting or multi-client project environments preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
