About The GoGetter Family

The GoGetter Family helps families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals protect their assets and plan their legacy through estate planning education, asset protection strategy, and trust-related services. The documents our clients sign represent important decisions about their families and their future — so accuracy and follow-through are everything.

About the Role

We’re hiring a part-time, fully remote Trust Execution Document Coordinator to prepare, send, track, and confirm completion of trust documents that are signed electronically and do not require notarization. This is a focused, high-accuracy role. You’ll make sure the right client receives the right documents, with the right details, and that every document is followed up on and completed cleanly. Clear communication with clients and the internal team is central to the job.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and send trust documents to clients for electronic signature using DocuSign
Set up each document accurately: correct signer information, fields, and signing order
Confirm signer details from the correct, approved source every time
Keep document types cleanly organized and never mixed
Track outstanding signatures and follow up on a set schedule so nothing sits
Verify each completed document is signed correctly and complete before marking it done
Keep our CRM updated and communicate signing progress clearly to the team
Handle confidential client information with care and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Meticulous attention to detail; you catch small errors before they go out the door
Hands-on experience with DocuSign or a similar e-signature platform (strongly preferred)
A strong, proactive communicator who keeps clients moving and the team informed
Reliable, self-directed, and consistent
Comfortable with email, Google Workspace, CRMs, and cloud document management
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
Experience in estate planning, legal, financial services, title/escrow, or document processing is a plus
Available during core U.S. business hours; schedule flexible within part-time hours

This is a document-preparation, e-signature, and coordination role. It does not involve giving legal, tax, or financial advice, or drafting legal documents.
