About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Real Estate to lead the company’s overall real estate development platform, strategic expansion, investment execution, and portfolio management initiatives. This executive leadership role oversees the full lifecycle of development projects — from acquisition and underwriting to construction, stabilization, and exit strategy.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in large-scale real estate development, capital structuring, operational leadership, and organizational management, with the ability to drive sustainable growth while maximizing portfolio value and mitigating risk.

Provide strategic financial analysis and performance reporting to the Board.

Reporting Line & Authority Structure

The General Manager is fully responsible for the development and management of the Company’s real estate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
Major matters and final decision-making authority regarding real estate projects reside with the Board of Directors.
The General Manager is responsible for coordinating the Company’s functional departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Administration, Legal, and Finance, to ensure efficient collaboration supporting project execution.
Functional departments report organizationally to the Board of Directors rather than directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications

任职资格

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
10–15+ years of real estate development experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar development projects.
Strong financial modeling and capital structuring expertise.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong understanding of development risk management and investment execution.
Experience managing institutional-level real estate portfolios preferred.
Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
