We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proven sales professional for the position of Field Sales. This challenging position requires a candidate with superb sales process skills, communication skills, presentation skills, the ability to cold-call, and an innate ability to build valuable business relationships. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, capable of connecting with buyers ranging from C-Level executives to Facilities Managers.

You will conduct sales calls and site assessments and use your abilities to listen and interpret how we can help legitimately assist our prospects. You will generate customized solutions and proposals unique to each prospect and effectively work your pipeline from preparation, negotiation, and to a close.

The Key Responsibilities of Role:

The Field Sales Representative will spearhead new business development, generating revenue from commercial accounts, businesses, and property managers. Key responsibilities include prospecting through self-developed leads, managing historical pipelines, collaborating with Business Development and Marketing teams, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. The role demands consistent activity, professional solution creation, and a hunter mentality to exceed quotas.

Qualifications:

Experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry
Proficiency in cold-calling and creative approaches to "get in the door"
Ability to build customized solutions based on customer needs
Expertise in managing and maturing leads through the sales process
