We've spent years building an operating model that works. It's proven, profitable, and ready to scale. Now we're looking for someone who can step into a system that already delivers results, execute it with discipline, and over time develop other leaders who can do the same.
Our goal is to build the best meal prep company in the country, and that requires exceptional people. If you're excited by high standards, continuous growth, and the opportunity to be surrounded by A+ teammates who push each other to be better every day, keep reading.
The Opportunity
We're looking for one exceptional leader to take ownership of a My Fit Foods store.
This isn't about simply managing daily operations. It's about building a high-performing team, creating an exceptional customer experience, and operating your store like it's your own business. You'll be responsible for developing people, driving results, maintaining operational excellence, and building a culture of accountability that produces consistent performance.
As My Fit Foods continues to grow, leaders who consistently deliver results will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility. But first, we want someone who is excited to master one store, build an outstanding team, and create a business they're proud to lead every day.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who already knows how to lead. Not someone learning leadership for the first time, but someone who has owned results, developed people, and held high standards.
We'll teach you the My Fit Foods operating system, our processes, and how we do business. What we can't teach is who you already are.
The single most important quality you bring is the ability to coach. You understand people. You know how to identify what motivates them, hold them accountable, and help them grow into their potential. You genuinely enjoy developing others and celebrating their success.
Everything else our systems, our metrics, and our operating model we can teach. The ability to build people into high performers has to already be part of who you are.
We need someone who is:
- Experienced as a leader: you've led people and owned outcomes, with specific results you can point to
- A coach first: you read people well, you break performance down to the behavior level, and you develop talent fast
- A student: coachable, ego in check, always working to get better
- Obsessed with the system: you want to understand how every piece connects, not just your slice
- Selfless: you care about people and you want others to win
- Disciplined and consistent: you live what you lead, and your standard doesn't move with your mood
- A front-line leader: you lead from the floor, not from behind a desk
The Training Path
Our philosophy is simple: you learn to be an exceptional individual performer first. Becoming excellent in every aspect of the business gives you the understanding needed to coach others to do the same. You cannot coach what you have not done.
We'll be direct about the depth of training. The level of knowledge and ownership we're asking you to develop in each area is significant, and that's intentional. It's what separates leaders who build high-performing teams from managers who simply oversee a schedule. The timeline below is a general guide and will vary based on the experience you bring. You'll receive your full base salary from day one not a training wage.
The path runs in deliberate phases:
Phase 1 – Individual Performer: You'll learn every core function by doing the work yourself. This includes customer experience, operations, nutrition coaching, and marketing fundamentals. Expect approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on your experience and progression.
Phase 2 – Leadership Development: You'll begin leading the business while learning the management responsibilities behind each area of the store. You'll develop your ability to coach team members, drive key performance indicators, execute marketing initiatives, manage operations, and lead the day-to-day business. Expect approximately 2–3 months.
Phase 3 – General Manager: You'll assume full ownership of your store, leading the team, driving financial performance, developing future leaders, and creating the culture and accountability that define My Fit Foods. This is where you'll demonstrate your ability to consistently deliver exceptional results while building a team that thrives.

We prepare fresh, ready-to-eat meals that make healthy eating simple and effective, because when you take care of your health, everything else gets better.
In eight years we've built one of the most operationally sound businesses in the better-for-you food space, with every system and storefront engineered to scale. We're not a startup figuring it out. We're an established business about to step onto a much bigger stage.

- In 2023 we were named to the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
- We're deeply embedded in the fitness community, partnering with gyms and wellness leaders across the country
The infrastructure is built. The model works. The next chapter is national. That's where you come in.
What You'll Do
- Protect the culture by modeling our core values every day
- Own hiring, training, and building a high-performing team, with weekly coaching and accountability check-ins
- Lead from the front on customer service and hold your team to the same bar
- Own your P&L and execute against your KPIs week to week
- Keep operations tight across cleanliness, inventory, payroll, and compliance
- Partner with local teams on marketing and community outreach
- Communicate store performance to executive leadership and contribute in weekly strategy meetings
- Travel occasionally to support stores and growth
What's In It For You
- Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000, paid at the full level from day one
- We treat you like an owner. On top of your base, management earns profit sharing tied directly to your store's P&L and paid monthly. The better the store runs, the bigger that month's check, and the path to $300K+ is real.
- After 3 years of tenure, you're eligible for Unit Appreciation Rights: real upside tied to the value of the business you help build
- A structured leadership development program with a proven playbook
- Full medical, dental, and vision benefits
