Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BILINGUAL Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant and authentic Mexican restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Mexican cuisine, a strong commitment to excellent customer service, and a proven track record of managing and motivating a diverse team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest quality food and service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and driving the business towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
Supervise and mentor a team of servers, chefs, kitchen staff, and other personnel.
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, friendly, and energetic atmosphere.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
Manage inventory, ensure proper food safety protocols, and maintain cost control practices.
Create and implement staff schedules, ensuring the restaurant is adequately staffed during peak and off-peak hours.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality, consistency, and presentation.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement in sales, costs, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine, food preparation, and menu development.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team while fostering a positive work environment.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH
