Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of project life cycle
Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines
Function as primary management representative at project sites: including management of the construction process and all subcontractors
Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Oversee and safety check project sites
Daily meeting with Daytime Superintendent
Discussions with Project Managers for night installations
Nightly meetings with nighttime crew, onsite meetings to plan nightly activities
Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of the Nightly Projects
All Projects will be within Hartsfield Jackson Airport Concourses
Material allocation at off-site warehouse
Flexible Daytime and Nighttime Hours as Necessary

Qualifications

5+ years of Construction Project Management Experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Great verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of basic tools, their use, tool maintenance and construction safety
Proficient knowledge of carpentry, and interior finishing
Proficient knowledge of construction materials and uses
Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements
Applicants must hold a Regular driving license
Clean background and driving record
Background check/MVR Check will be conducted.
