Full Job Description

Atma Energy is an award-winning company that designs, installs, and services systems in-house. And we stay involved long after installation. That means we’re not just selling solar, we’re responsible for how it performs over time.

For the right people, this is an opportunity to step into a more stable, long-term way of working.

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who want to build something sustainable — not just close the next deal.

What this role looks like

This is a commission-only remote sales role, including paid training and on-the-job paid training.

You’ll be working with homeowners who are:

actively exploring solar
trying to understand rising electricity costs
or dealing with systems that aren’t working as expected

Your role is to guide them through that process clearly and honestly.
That means:

understanding their home and energy usage
setting accurate expectations
and helping them make a well-informed decision

This is not a high-pressure sales environment. It’s a structured process built around clarity and long-term outcomes.

What makes this different?
At Atma, the work doesn’t end at installation.

We handle:

system design
installation (in-house)
ongoing monitoring and service

Compensation

This is a commission-only role.
Earnings are directly tied to performance.
