We are a well-established privately owned company in Indian Trail, NC seeking a Process Fulfillment Operations Manager for our print manufacturing facility. We specialize in product decoration with a multitude of decorating processes including hot stamping, digital printing, pad printing, laser engraving, screen printing, and more. Very rewarding career move for the right candidate.

Job Description

We are looking for a Process Fulfillment Operations Manager with experience in industrial manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to lead a team of employees, working alongside Management and Production staffs. Must be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the company. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

***Must be familiar with ISO and 5S Standards***

Responsibilities

Manage daily production schedule
Evaluate production processes and workflows and implement continuous improvement measures to maximize production efficiencies and daily output goals
Manage and train production staff
Manage and oversee prepress staff and operations
Coordinate between departments on internal operations from receiving product, to inventory management, to outgoing goods
Adhere to quality control procedures on a daily basis
Work closely with engineering and machine tech departments to work on longterm projects
Maintain clean and efficient work areas

Position Requirements

5+ years of experience in plant management preferred
Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma qualifications preferred
Knowledge or experience of print decoration methods a plus
Associates Degree level of education required
MUST be able to see color and lift up to 70 pounds
Bilingual a plus
Microsoft Office user, especially Excel
Computer literate
Must be detail oriented
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously (organized & prioritized)
