SATS is a high-energy, athletic Pilates concept with thriving locations across Nashville and Kentucky. We are currently testing the waters and scouting the Niceville/Destin, FL area for a potential expansion in 2027.
Before we officially sign a lease, we want to see if the local fitness community is ready for us. Specifically, we are looking to gauge interest in our upcoming 200-Hour Athletic Reformer & Mat Teacher Training Program. If we have enough passionate people ready to learn, we want to bring this training—and a brand-new studio—to your area!
The Details: Athletic Reformer & Mat Certification
If we launch here, we will be training and certifying our founding team from scratch. You don't need to be certified yet—just eager to learn our signature dynamic, athletic style of Pilates.
- The Program: A comprehensive 200-Hour Training Program covering both Mat and Athletic Reformer.
- The Commitment: Educational hours plus 6 hours of practice per week for the duration of the training.
- The Investment: $1,499 total. (To secure your spot once dates are finalized, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due one week prior to training).
If the studio moves forward, top graduates from this program will be offered permanent coaching spots on our 2027 schedule.
