Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

Answers, screens and directs phone calls in a polite and friendly manner; takes messages and schedules meeting rooms.
Gives general information in response to public inquiries.
Greets citizens and visitors in a warm and cheerful manner; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs them to the appropriate office.
Performs various administrative and clerical support tasks, including but not limited to stuffing envelopes, posting and/or sorting departmental mail, preparing new resident packets and processing solicitation applications.
Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Implements City’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pursues innovation in City service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
Experience in Customer Service.
Valid Ohio driver’s license.
