Full Job Description

Agency Overview:

Restore Hope is a software, services, and media organization that helps communities achieve better
outcomes for Justice and Child Welfare efforts. Our solutions focus on optimizing systems by improving
the relationship among its parts. As a collective impact organization, Restore Hope helps communities
address complex justice issues with innovative collaborative efforts.

prioritize tasks, multi-task, and technologically proficient.

Position Summary:

The 100 Families 2nd Generation Program Manager will oversee the implementation and management of services for both court-involved parents and their youth, focusing on improving family stability and outcomes using the 100 Families Model, including its 2nd Generation component. This role includes administering and managing a three-year grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and programmatic goals. The Program Manager will work closely with Crawford and Sebastian County courts, probation officers, and community stakeholders to connect families with resources and track their progress.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Family Advocacy & Support

o Oversee services provided to court-involved parents and youth, focusing on holistic family support and improving life outcomes.

o Implement the 100 Families 2nd Generation Model, addressing both parental and youth needs to disrupt cycles of poverty and justice system involvement.

o Guide the development and monitoring of family action plans and progress assessments.

· Grant Administration

o Manage a three-year OJJDP grant, ensuring compliance with programmatic, financial, and reporting.

o Prepare and submit regular grant reports, tracking performance metrics and outcomes.

o Ensure the program meets all required timelines, benchmarks, and budgetary requirements.

· Collaboration with Courts & Community Stakeholders

o Serve as the primary liaison between families, the courts, probation officers, and other community resources in Crawford and Sebastian County.

o Work closely with court personnel to identify eligible families and facilitate connections to appropriate services.

o Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations to ensure comprehensive support for families.

· Resource Connection & Outcome Tracking

o Utilize the HopeHub platform to manage family cases, communicate with stakeholders, and monitor progress and outcomes.

o Track and analyze family engagement and success data, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

· Program Development & Continuous Improvement

o Lead the refinement and expansion of the 100 Families 2nd Generation Model based on emerging needs and best practices.

o Participate in meetings, training, and collaborative efforts to enhance program effectiveness and improve family outcomes.

· Develop and maintain trust and positive relationships with Restore Hope partners and stakeholders.

· Advocate for individuals and families.

· Participate in Restore Hope meetings and training.

· Promote organization and community collaboration.

· Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the professional standards of Restore Hope.

· Other job duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, family studies, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.

· 3+ years of experience in program management, family advocacy, or a similar role, preferably with court-involved families.

· Proven experience in grant administration, with an emphasis on juvenile justice or social service programs.

· Strong understanding of challenges faced by justice-involved families, with a background in trauma-informed care and family systems.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of building strong relationships with courts, probation officers, and community partners.

· Familiarity with the 100 Families Model or similar family-centered approaches.

· Proficiency in using case management and outcome tracking systems (experience with HopeHub preferred).

· Ability to travel within Crawford and Sebastian Counties for court visits, meetings, and family support activities.

· Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment sponsorship.
