Full Job Description

Waste Eliminator is a full-service waste management company offering critical disposal and creative recycling and environmental solutions. We ensure waste is disposed of in a cost-effective and sustainable manner while minimizing the impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
Experience in any kind of Waste Hauling / Management is a huge plus
Bilingual is preferred
Data entry experience
Ability to work in a Drug Free Workplace; must pass drug and alcohol testing.

In addition to base pay and benefits, Customer Care Representatives can earn monthly incentives for converting prospective residential customers into sales!

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
No nights

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gainesville, GA 30501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
