Responsibilities

Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through boot camps, training camps, and conference.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance services and expand the client base through targeted outreach.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, athletic background, or military.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer service best practices.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus for handling sensitive health-related insurance products.
