Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the TOAST POS system.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Engage with guests to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Uphold food safety standards during preparation and service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance sales.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge of menu items.

Requirements

TABC Certification
Texas Food Handlers Certification
1+ Year of Server Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred.
Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Excellent guest relations skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Experience with TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours such as lunch and dinner time.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
