Most chiropractic jobs hand you a room, a table, and seven minutes per patient. We built something different on purpose.

Premier Chiropractic & Performance is a cash-based rehab chiropractic clinic in Jacksonville, FL. We work exclusively with active adults and athletes who are serious about their health and committed to doing the work. No insurance. No e-stim and heat. No rushing from room to room. One hour per patient, every time, because that's what real outcomes require.

Our clinical approach is rooted in movement, manual therapy, and root cause thinking. If the names Stu McGill, Craig Liebenson, FMS, and McKenzie mean something to you, you already speak our language.

We have deep relationships with local gyms and fitness communities. Coaches and trainers are our number one referral source because they trust us with the people they care most about. That's not an accident - it's the result of years of doing the work right.

The Opportunity

This is a mentorship-first role. You will not be expected to build your own caseload from scratch. You will step into an existing patient pipeline, a structured plan of care model, and a team that is genuinely invested in your development as a clinician and a communicator. Your job is to deliver exceptional outcomes and grow inside a system that is built to support you.

New graduates are welcome. What matters more than experience is your clinical philosophy, your coachability, and your hunger to become one of the best rehab chiropractors in the country.
