WHAT YOU'LL DO

The temporary Contact Center Representative I communicates a broad range of information to assist future students, current students, staff, faculty, and general customer inquiries. The temporary Contact Center Representative I position responds to multi-channel inquiries including incoming calls, online chats, and email correspondence. The temporary Contact Center Representative I conducts outbound call campaigns supporting multiple departments including admissions, student records, financial aid, and advising. This position provides advanced call center service and serves as a team leader and mentor. The temporary Contact Center Representative I supports and responds to other team member questions when available and assists with new hire training leading content focused training sessions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At a minimum the selected candidate must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency degree supplemented by one (1) year of related experience.

Additionally the preferred candidate will be bi-lingual in English/Spanish and have completed some college coursework supplemented by one (1) year of call/contact center experience, preferably in higher education.
