Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clerk to join our administrative team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and exceptional customer support. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain an efficient work environment, supporting various departments and providing top-notch service to clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls promptly
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Organize files, manage calendars, and assist with appointment scheduling for staff or clients
Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring a positive experience
Assist with general office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
Strong computer literacy, typing skills, and time management capabilities
Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, support office operations, and provide customer support efficiently
