What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and prospecting
Work with mentors to receive coaching and support to grow into leadership and management
Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs
Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
Present personalized solutions for clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Close new business and achieve sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity

Preferred Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred
Customer service experience strongly preferred
Insurance industry experience is a plus

Licensing

Property & Casualty License preferred but not required for hire
Life & Health License is preferred but not required for hire
