Title: Sales Associate / Estimator

Boker's has been at the forefront of technological innovation, producing stamped components found in everyday items such as airplanes, appliances, medical devices, and renewable energy equipment.

Position Summary:

Boker's, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate / Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and RFQs to prepare accurate pricing for customer orders. This position involves computing cost and time factors, collaborating with customers and vendors, and maintaining effective relationships to ensure sales volumes and margins.

Qualifications:

· 2-4 years of experience in estimating material cost and labor.

· 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing.

· Excellent Attendance.

· Experience in metal stamping/fabrication highly preferred.

· Strong math skills including decimals, fractions, and metric conversions.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, purchase orders, and procedure manuals.

· Solid customer service/sales background.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Compute cost and time factors, preparing accurate estimates in response to customer orders and RFQs.

· Identify potential vendors or subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

· Review data to determine material and labor requirements.

· Consult with customers, vendors, and other individuals to discuss estimates and resolve issues.

· Maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring sales volumes and margins.

· Review purchase orders, blueprints, and quality requirements, re-pricing existing jobs.

· Follow a variety of work instructions.

· Perform other tasks as assigned.

Pre-Employment Screening:

· Physical, drug screening, and background check required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Rate of Pay:

· $25 - $30 per hour. Pay will be based on experience in the industry.
