Job Description

Integrated Fire & Security is a low voltage contractor that is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales/Estimator to join our team.

We specialize in commercial Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call Systems and Voice/Data. We work with small to large scale projects that includes consulting, engineering, designing, installation and close out, servicing and ensuring our end users satisfaction.

The Sales Estimator's responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Develop complete and accurate low voltage proposals for commercial projects from blueprints and information gained from site visits.

· Track job costing of projects during construction and review final close out job cost report.

· Ensure all project deliverables are completed per scope of the project and prepare weekly job status reports.

· Responsible for development and management of existing and new accounts.

· Follow up on new sales leads and sales referrals resulting from service activity which is continually growing and expanding.

· Partners with existing and new customers to grow service offerings.

· Builds relationships with future clients and develops new markets to maintain and grow the Company’s customer base, increase sales and meet revenue goals.

· Conducts pre-sale walk-through and site visits to ensure all aspects of the customer’s wants and needs are captured. Creates thorough documentation of customer requirements and priorities.

· Negotiates and secures/closes new opportunities.

· Ability to read and understand engineering and low voltage drawings – fire, security, CCTV, card access

· Knowledge of electrical and fire alarm codes.

Requirements include but not limited to:

· 3+ years of proven sales experience within the Low Voltage Electrical Industry

· Must be able to read and understand engineered architectural drawings

· Must have the ability to navigate major accounting and CRM software

· Must be self-motivator willing to cold call other business's

· Must be a self-motivator willing to do cold calling and join networking organizations

· High school diploma or GED

· Fire alarm sales experience is preferred

· NICET is a preferred

· Must pass company background and drug screening

· Must have a valid driver's license
