Full Job Description

We’re growing and looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate would be someone well versed in general maintenance/handyperson tasks which can include plumbing, minor electrical, landscaping, light carpentry, troubleshooting. The ability to work quickly and cleanly is a plus. Able to multi-task, while working well with others. Ever the professional, a willingness to be organized, take direction, follow instructions and stay cool under pressure are all big plusses. We are looking for someone who is proud of their work, pays attention to detail and is interested in working in a place where there is never a dull moment.

Job responsibilities include:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, general maintenance.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted
Ability to operate equipment such as a lawn mower, power tools, etc.
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping, moveouts, emptying storage units) and other tasks as assigned (painting, light carpentry/plumbing, etc.)
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (e.g., replace light bulbs and sockets, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.

Must have own basic hand tools, your own transportation, valid drivers license, good driving record, High school/GED required. 3+ years experience as a maintenance technician in a fast-paced environment. $19.00 - $23.00, expect 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F work week. Must be able to take emergency calls after hours periodically. EEO/AAF employer.
