Insurance Sale Professional

COMPENSATION

Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses

Year 1 Target: $54K–$80K+

D’ Bridge Insurance Agency is an independent, bilingual insurance agency located in Naples, FL. We serve personal and commercial clients across Florida offering P&C auto, home, flood, commercial, and specialty lines through multiple carriers. We are a growing, fast-paced agency built on professionalism, client lasting relationships, and results.

Responsibilities

Engage in sales activities to identify potential clients and promote insurance products through community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns.
Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to recommend suitable insurance policies, ensuring comprehensive coverage aligned with their individual circumstances.
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that meet company standards and customer expectations.
Manage sales administration tasks including policy documentation, client records, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication to foster trust and loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new customers across diverse markets.
Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities on every client interaction
Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Keep client management system updated.
Meet monthly production targets
Requirements
Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License — or willing to obtained
Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience
Bilingual English/Spanish — required
Strong phone presence and professional communication
Self-motivated, production-driven, and detail-oriented
Must be available Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm in office
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
