Production Associate - Manufacturing

Join a growing organization where your hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude will make an immediate impact. This role offers strong overtime potential, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support daily production and operations within a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on supporting production processes, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with equipment and process operations.

Responsibilities

Support production processes including material preparation and handling
Perform product inspections to ensure established quality standards are met
Assist with equipment setup and basic tooling adjustments
Provide general support to technical and engineering staff
Perform routine equipment upkeep and light maintenance tasks
Track production activity and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

Associate degree or 5 yrs equivalent experience in similar role
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable with strong attention to detail and communication skills

This is an hourly position with opportunities for overtime. Candidates should be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Location – Danbury, CT

Pay range - $20 – $24 hr – overtime needed
