Job Summary:

Knollwood Country Club is a welcoming, family-oriented members-only club that prides itself on warm hospitality, personalized service, and creating memorable experiences for all ages. We are currently seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server who can deliver high-quality service in a relaxed yet refined environment. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, a service-first attitude, and the ability to connect with both adult members and their families.

Day-to-Day:

Provide attentive, welcoming service to members and their guests in dining areas, lounges, patios, and family spaces.
Build positive, ongoing relationships with members—learn their preferences, anticipate their needs, and provide a consistent and thoughtful experience.
Maintain a high standard of service while creating a comfortable and approachable atmosphere for both adults and children.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and polished delivery.
Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and allergy-sensitive offerings.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and flow of service.
Maintain clean, well-organized service areas and uphold all sanitation and health standards.
Respect the privacy and preferences of members at all times.
Address any member concerns or requests with professionalism and care.
Assist with family events, holiday brunches, or themed dinners as needed, contributing to a fun and organized experience.

Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or private club service strongly preferred.
A genuine passion for providing excellent service in a warm, family-friendly setting.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with both adults and children.
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a busy environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
