Ally Renewal is a home services company in Washington. We clean, treat, and replace roofs and exteriors. The Renewal Advisor role is door-to-door — talking with homeowners about their roofs, identifying which of our services fits their situation, and offering them the honest answer instead of the most expensive one.

Most companies in this space sell pressure. We sell relationships. We tell people the truth about what their home needs. We do the more affordable thing when it's the right thing. Which means your job on the doors isn't to push. Your job is to be the honest person in a space that isn't — and get paid real money for it.

Pay structure

Sales commissions paid within 48-72 hours of a sale. You sell, you get paid. Fast.

While you're learning the skill, we put a floor under you. We call it the Premier Effort Guarantee: hit the effort threshold each week, and we guarantee at least $500. Beat that on commissions, you keep the higher number. Fall short on commissions but put in the work, we cover the gap.

It's not free money. It's stability while you grow your skill. The floor is $500. The ceiling is you.

The path

You start on the doors. From there, every level above you — running appointments, leading teams, eventually owning a branch — is filled by someone who started exactly where you're starting.

The team building Ally Renewal has spent over twenty years in door-to-door sales. Together, they built the fourth-largest residential solar installer in the country and moved hundreds of reps from knocking doors into leadership and ownership.
