Join our top-performing Northern California team and grow your career with Farmers Insurance. We're looking for motivated professionals ready to take the next step in insurance sales through our enhanced Agent Development Program. Our program offers a one-year, full-time paid mentorship under a top-performing Farmers Insurance agent. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, client service, and agency operations all while receiving expert training and support.

We'll help you get licensed, build your skills, and set you up for long-term success in the industry. After completing the program, you'll have the option to step into a lead agent role or continue growing as a top producer.

Start your path in insurance with structure, guidance, and real career potential.

Salary Range: $3,000 a month plus uncapped commission

Requirements

Property & Casualty license (preferred)
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful; be coachable!
Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Bilingual (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Strong relationship building skills.
Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
