Full Job Description

Are you organized, friendly, and looking for a rewarding role in a nurturing environment? We're looking for a dependable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our child care team — with the potential to grow into a full-time position!

What You'll Do:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to the door intercom system
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, typing, filing, and document management
Process copying requests, order office supplies, and complete supply requisitions as needed
Provide support to the administrative team and assist with daily operations
Assist Co-Administrators with administrative projects, correspondence, and special assignments
Assist with preparing meeting spaces and materials
Arrange estimates with vendors and service providers
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of special events and activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including conference rooms and common areas
Update, maintain, and manage office documents, forms, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
