Looking to find a clinic where you can grow your career, feel genuinely supported, and become part of a collaborative team long term? Renew Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Beacon Hill clinic in South Seattle starting Summer 2026.

We are a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice focused on creating meaningful relationships with our patients, teammates, and community. This position is ideal for a clinician with at least a few years of outpatient experience who is looking for a healthier clinic culture, stronger work-life balance, and a place where they can continue developing specialty interests like pelvic health, bike fitting, mentorship, and clinical education.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
Collaborate with coworkers and referral providers to support quality patient outcomes
Complete documentation and communication in a timely manner
Supervise physical therapist assistants and physical therapy students as appropriate
Participate in clinic meetings, mentorship opportunities, and team initiatives
Contribute positively to clinic culture and patient experience

Qualifications

Active Washington State Physical Therapy license (or license pending)
3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Interest in pursuing or expanding pelvic health treatment
Interest in mentorship, clinical education, or becoming a CI is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CPR certification required
Experience with EMR systems preferred
