How Much Will You Earn:

$60,000– $100,000+ possible with bonuses and commission

If you’ve got two years or more of successful dealership finance experience, close strong, and keep it compliant, this is your seat at the table. We’re not just looking for a paper pusher. We need someone who knows how to structure smart deals, protect the store, and maximize every sale ethically.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

This role supports the sales team and helps customers navigate the financing process with confidence and clarity. You’re the closer, but you’re also the guardrail.

Your daily includes:

Presenting financing, protection plans, and add-ons to customers in a clear, compliant, and confident way
Finalizing paperwork quickly and accurately
Building strong lender relationships and securing competitive terms
Tracking key performance metrics (profit per vehicle sold, warranty penetration, customer satisfaction)
Supporting sales staff with deal structure, trade evaluations, and desk support
Ensuring all processes follow legal, ethical, and company standards
Maintaining and ordering department supplies
Supporting inventory management and vehicle deliveries when needed

Who Thrives in This Role?

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has a proven track record in dealership finance (minimum 2 years preferred)
Can explain financing options and value-added products without pressure or BS
Builds rapport quickly and treats every customer like a VIP
Knows how to keep deals legal, fast, and profitable
Communicates clearly, on paper, in person, and under pressure
Is competent in lead and customer relationship management software, MS Office, and digital document systems
Is detail-oriented, ethical, and organized
Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
