Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether working at a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet event, you’ll ensure every guest feels valued and satisfied. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while fostering a fun and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
Manage POS systems such as TOAST POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for accurate change.
Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings, while adhering to responsible serving policies.
Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering beverages to ensure availability during busy hours.

Experience

Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol serving policies.
Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Experience with retail math skills for cash handling, tipping calculations, and inventory management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests warmly and professionally.
