Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Certified Personal Trainer to join our dynamic health club team. In this role, you will inspire and guide clients of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized training programs. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will be essential in designing effective workouts that promote safety, progress, and long-term success. As a key member of our fitness community, you will foster motivation, deliver engaging group fitness sessions, and contribute to a positive, empowering environment that encourages clients to thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives while advancing your career in fitness.

Duties

Develop customized training programs based on clients’ goals, fitness levels, and medical history, ensuring safe and effective exercise routines
Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions that incorporate principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to optimize results
Lead engaging group fitness classes that motivate participants and promote a sense of community within the gym
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits through clear instruction and demonstrations
Track client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement
Promote personal training services to gym members through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service
Maintain a clean, organized workout environment while adhering to safety standards and gym policies

Requirements

Valid certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to design safe and effective workout plans
Experience in program design tailored to individual needs and fitness levels
Ability to teach physical education principles and lead group fitness sessions confidently
Proven skills in sports coaching or related physical activity instruction are highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients and foster a welcoming atmosphere
Knowledge of fitness sales techniques and customer engagement strategies within a health club or gym setting
