Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced Analyst to join our growing wealth management team in Austin, TX. This role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and design, turning raw numbers into tools that directly shape how leadership makes decisions and how clients experience our firm.
We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience building things in Excel, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate has made mistakes, learned from them, and developed a real instinct for what "great" work looks like. In exchange, you'll get a level of ownership, visibility, and trust that's hard to find at a larger firm.
The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with a sharp eye for numbers, patterns, and design. If a typo or a misaligned chart bothers you more than it bothers most people, you'll fit right in.

What Analysts Own
Previous analysts on our team have built and maintained tools like:
- A live Power BI dashboard tracking AUM and production KPIs over time, used directly by leadership to monitor firm growth
- Excel-based models that automate trading calculations across thousands of client accounts
- A live Tableau dashboard visualizing firm acquisition activity over time and across the country, supporting our advisor recruiting and M&A strategy
You'll inherit, maintain, and continue to evolve tools like these, and you'll have real input into what gets built next as the firm continues to grow.
