IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Process Certified letters, consumer complaints, and complaint responses
Utilize correct grammar and collection terminology in communicating information to the staff, customers, and clients
Audit accounts for compliance
Communicate with management effectively
Work with a team of experts within the company
Resolve difficult situations that may arise while remaining calm
Retrieve mail buckets and carry up two flights of stairs

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

· Have intermediate office skills, with all Microsoft Office products, as well as scanning, faxing and emailing

· Can pass fingerprint background check

· Can pass drug testing

Schedule

8 hour shift, typically 8am to 5pm
Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
