Full Job Description

We’re expanding its Verizon team and hiring a full-time Verizon Team Member to help customers discover Verizon Fios solutions that fit their connectivity needs. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, learning sales, and building professional relationships.

As a Verizon Team Member, you’ll represent Verizon Fios, create meaningful customer interactions, introduce available service options, and guide qualified customers through the enrollment process. You’ll learn how to communicate product value, handle questions, build trust, and develop the sales skills needed to succeed in this role!

Verizon Team Member Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers to identify needs and create sales opportunities.
Represent Verizon Fios by presenting internet, TV, and home connectivity solutions based on customer needs.
Explain service options, features, promotions, and account details while answering customer questions.
Apply consultative sales techniques to address concerns, communicate value, and guide customers toward purchasing decisions.
Assist qualified customers with accurate Verizon enrollments and follow established sales and account procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and company goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Verizon Team Member Qualifications

Motivated to learn and develop sales and customer service skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively within a team.
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
Willingness to learn Verizon Fios products, services, sales techniques, and enrollment processes.
