Are you an experienced Substation Construction Safety professional with a passion for ensuring safety in utility substation construction and have experience as a Electrical Utility Safety Specialist or Electrical Utility Safety Manager, we want to hear from you! About Us: At ResponsAble Safety Staffing, we specialize in providing top-tier safety professionals to the utility and industrial sectors. We pride ourselves on creating a culture of safety, compliance, and leadership, ensuring every project is executed with the highest safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Electrical Utility Safety Substation Experience: minimum of 3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of electrical utility transmission systems, safety protocols, and regulations.

Field Operations Expertise: direct experience working in substation construction projects involving power transmission with high voltages.

*

*
Leadership and Mentorship: the ability to guide, mentor, and develop safety teams, fostering a culture of safety excellence.

*

*
Certifications: COSS, CHST, COSM, ASP, CUSP, or equivalent certifications based on the level of the role.

What We Offer:

Compensation of $44 to $48 an hour, 50 to 60 hours a week

*
Mobilization and Demob: Food, Lodging, Mileage for ST travel paid, Per diem offered, GSA (7 days)

40 Hours PTO after one year of work
