Full Job Description

Arrow Ford is looking to hire an Experienced Ford Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Prior experience in a car dealership office setting is required! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ford Office Manager Responsibilities

Support a range of daily accounting functions, including cash management, billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, floor plan audit, bank reconciliations and posting daily bank activity
Month end close and submitting factor financial statement
Manage schedules for title work and inventory posting
Support office personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and deadlines
Work closely with the controller and department managers to maintain accurate reporting and resolve discrepancies
Responsibilities may evolve with dealership needs
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Ford Office Manager Requirements

Must have 5+ year of experience working in an Automotive Office Environment
Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (CDK, DealerBuilt, Tekion)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
