We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Bristol, TN!
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing foundational operational and administrative support to Wealth Advisors and the broader BEWS (Brown Edwards Wealth Services) team. This role focuses on accurate execution of client service activities, account administration, and internal coordination to support a consistent, high-quality client experience. Client Service Associates develop a working knowledge of wealth management services, processes, and systems while building core professional skills.
What your day looks like:

Provides administrative and operational support to Advisors and the BEWS team to ensure timely and accurate client service.

Assists with preparation of client meeting materials, reports, and documentation.

Supports account administration activities, including new account setup, maintenance requests, and processing of service items in accordance with firm and custodian requirements.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date client information in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other firm-supported platforms.

Coordinates internal workflows, tracks open items, and escalates issues or questions appropriately.

Interacts with clients via phone, email, and electronic correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.

Assists with document management, record retention, and compliance-related filing requirements.

Learns firm systems, tools, and procedures and applies them consistently and accurately.

Collaborates with Advisors, Client Relationship Specialists, and Operations team members to support overall client service delivery.

Identifies opportunities to improve internal processes and client service workflows and communicates suggestions to appropriate team members.

Participates in training activities to build knowledge of firm services, procedures, and wealth management operations.

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Maintains firm confidentiality.

Follows firm policies by conforming to procedures outlined in the Associate Handbook.

Develops an understanding of the firm’s vision, plan, and strategies and their role in achieving them.

Works sufficient hours needed in order to complete projects assigned.
What you need for this role:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered.

Demonstrated interest in financial services, wealth management, or professional services.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

General experience using Microsoft Office software applications and ability to learn firm-supported technology platforms.

Ability to work accurately with detailed information while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Basic understanding of client service principles and professional standards expected in a regulated environment.

Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients, Advisors, and team members.
