Center for Family and Implant Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator to become the first smile our patients see. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Manage provider schedules and daily patient flow
Welcome and check in patients
Verify patient information and update records
Submit dental insurance claims and assist with insurance processing
Collect payments and review financial arrangements when needed
Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and insurance
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient schedule
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Perform additional front office administrative duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong computer and typing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Preferred

Previous dental front office experience
Knowledge of dental insurance submissions and verification
Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft experience is a plus)
