Classification: Non-exempt (Union Position)

Salary Grade: The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00–$25.00, commensurate with experience, education, and other job-related factors.

Reports to: Manufacturing General Manager

Date: August 2026

Summary: Kickstart or Continue Your Career in Sheet Metal Fabrication (Union Position)

Essential Functions:

Are you graduating from a vocational or technical school and ready to put your skills to work? Or are you an experienced assembler looking for a closer commute and a steady weekday schedule?

Join our team as a Sheet Metal Fabricator and build a long-term career with great pay, benefits, and consistency.

What We Offer:

Union position – competitive wages, healthcare, retirement, and job security

Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours/week)

On-the-job training and mentorship for new grads

Stability and consistency for those with previous sheet metal or assembly experience

What You’ll Do:

Fabricate and assemble a variety of sheet metal products

Work with a team to support large-scale HVAC projects

Recent (or soon-to-be) grads of vocational/technical school programs in HVAC, welding, or sheet metal

Experienced assemblers or fabricators seeking consistency and great benefits
