Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Perform data entry tasks, including filing and maintaining accurate records.
Provide administrative support as needed, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficient in computer literacy with experience in office software applications.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Previous experience in front desk or office management roles is preferred.
