Our biggest need is finding, hiring, and retaining great people. We need someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, talking to candidates, conducting interviews, following up relentlessly, and building a pipeline of qualified applicants.
If you enjoy recruiting and connecting the right people with the right opportunities, this could be a great fit.

- Coordinate I-9 and other required documentation
- Coordinate background checks and employment requirements
- Work with managers to schedule new-hire training
- Make sure employees have completed required onboarding requirements

You will become the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits.
- Manage employee benefit eligibility
- Communicate with employees when they become eligible
- Coordinate benefit enrollment
- Assist employees with benefit questions
- Coordinate changes and terminations with benefit providers
- Assist with annual open enrollment
HR Compliance

You will be a resource for employees and managers when HR-related questions or issues arise.

The Person We Want
You don't have to know everything about HR on day one.
What matters most is that you are:
A great communicator.
You can talk comfortably with candidates, employees, managers, and leadership.
A recruiter.
You know how to find people, get them interested, follow up, and get them through the hiring process.
A finisher.
You don't let candidates, paperwork, or problems sit unresolved.
Organized.
You can keep dozens of moving pieces organized without losing track of details.
Proactive.
You see a problem coming and address it before someone has to tell you about it.
People-oriented.
You genuinely care about finding good people and helping employees succeed.
Accountable.
You take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
How We Measure Success
You will have clear goals and measurable results.
Examples include:
- Qualified applicants generated
- Phone screens completed
- Interviews completed
- Offers made
- New hires
- Time-to-hire
- Interview show rate
- 30-day retention
- 90-day retention
- Recruiting cost per hire
- Completion of onboarding requirements
- Benefits enrollment accuracy
- HR compliance deadlines completed
Your success isn't simply measured by whether you completed paperwork.
It's measured by whether Bethany has the right people in the right seats.
