As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expertise and assistance to educate customers about insurance options.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
