Account Specialist – Entry-Level Sales & Account Support
Northeastern Promotions | Bedford, MA | Full-Time, In Person | Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $18–$25 per hour

Northeastern Promotions is a fast-growing supplier of custom apparel, uniforms, headwear, and branded merchandise for promotional products distributors and agencies nationwide. Our work has supported merchandise programs for brands like Coca-Cola, Corona, Starbucks, Major League Baseball, NBA teams, GitHub, and Valvoline.

We're hiring an Account Specialist to support our sales team — no promotional products experience required. We'll train you on the industry, our products, and our sales process. This role starts as a contract position with a clear path to a full-time offer based on performance, so you'll know where you stand as you go. You'll start with foundational account support and grow into managing your own accounts as you prove yourself.

What You'll Do

Support senior salespeople with day-to-day account needs
Research products, pricing, and decoration options
Prepare quote requests and follow up on quotes, samples, and artwork approvals
Reach out to current and prospective customers by phone and email
Keep customer records and project details up to date
Coordinate with our sourcing, design, and production teams
Track orders and sample shipments and communicate updates to customers

What We're Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making phone calls and reaching out to new people
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-up
Able to work full-time, in person at our Bedford, MA office

Nice to Have

Previous sales, customer service, retail, or office experience
Familiarity with spreadsheets and email/online systems
Promotional products or apparel industry exposure
