Full Job Description

A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Legal Contracts Administrator in Waltham, MA to support the preparation, review, execution, and administration of a wide range of commercial and operational agreements. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional teams and help ensure efficient contract lifecycle management.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, process, and administer a variety of commercial and operational agreements, including confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, vendor and service agreements, statements of work, master service agreements, and amendments.
Coordinate contract routing, review, and approval workflows with internal stakeholders.
Support contract execution activities and ensure required documentation is complete and properly maintained.
Maintain contract records, templates, amendments, renewals, and related documentation within the contract lifecycle management system.
Monitor contract status, key dates, expiration timelines, and deliverables while preparing reports and tracking information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
Basic understanding of commercial contracting principles and contract terminology
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and interact effectively with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Desired Skills:

Paralegal certification
Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry
Experience supporting regulated environments
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and document management platforms
Experience with contract administration procedures, clause libraries, and standard templates
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
