Full Job Description

Corinthian Health, LLC is seeking an Client Success Specialist who is passionate about building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service. As the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, you will build trust through proactive communication, thoughtful follow-up, and personalized support while helping clients achieve their goals and strengthening long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, values autonomy, and thrives on helping clients achieve their goals.

Position Summary

The Client Success Specialist strengthens and maintains client relationships through consistent outbound communication and attentive service. This is a relationship-focused position—not a sales or call center role. You'll proactively connect with approximately 50 existing client contacts each week to build relationships, provide support, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on understanding client needs, maintaining regular touchpoints, documenting interactions, and partnering with internal teams to support a positive and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct approximately 50 outbound calls per week to primary client contacts
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, meaningful engagement
Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients
Identify client needs, concerns, or opportunities through proactive communication
Maintain organized follow-up schedules and ongoing engagement plans
Recommend client recognition or gift-giving ideas to internal team members
Document all client interactions and notes accurately in Salesforce
Set follow-up reminders to ensure timely and consistent outreach
Escalate client concerns or feedback to appropriate internal team members as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in account coordination, client success, customer relationship support, or a similar client-facing role
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
A genuine passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
Comfortable making outbound calls to engage and support clients
Highly organized with reliable follow-up habits and attention to detail
Salesforce experience preferred
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Dedicated home office space and necessary set up to reliably perform daily job duties
Live in or around the Dallas-Fort Worth area for occasional in-person team meetings

Schedule & Availability Expectations

This remote role is a part-time position. You will establish an agreed-upon schedule (within a schedule of M-F, 8am-6pm CST, maximum 30 hours per week) and are expected to be present, active, and responsive during these hours. Depending on client requirements, workload, and overall efficiency, weekly hours may fluctuate.

Candidates must be self-directed and able to manage their schedules effectively to meet outreach, follow-up, and documentation expectations.
