Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ProPricer Analyst / Pricing Program Lead to establish and mature an internal pricing capability supporting U.S. Government and Department of Defense programs.
This individual will be responsible for standing up the pricing processes, tools, templates, methodologies, and estimating framework while supporting active proposal efforts. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience supporting complex defense proposals involving hardware development, manufacturing, engineering services, production programs, and government contracting requirements.

This individual should be equally comfortable building detailed estimates, working directly with engineers on technical assumptions, developing BOM-driven cost models, presenting to executive leadership, and creating the processes and infrastructure necessary to support future growth in the defense contracting market.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement ProPricer processes, workflows, templates, and pricing best practices across the organization.
- Develop and standardize pricing methodologies supporting engineering development, manufacturing, hardware production, and government services programs.

- Develop and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) and manufacturing cost models supporting hardware and product-based programs.
- Support development of proposal cost volumes and pricing narratives.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Program Management, Finance, and Business Development teams to develop accurate and defensible cost estimates.
- Develop estimating relationships, historical databases, pricing tools, and reusable estimating artifacts.
- Analyze RFPs, Statements of Work (SOWs), technical requirements, and contract structures to determine pricing approaches.
- Support pricing reviews, executive reviews, and proposal strategy discussions.
- Train and mentor internal personnel to establish long-term pricing capability.
- Develop repeatable processes and documentation to support future proposal efforts.

- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and government proposal compliance requirements.
- Experience working directly with engineering and technical organizations to develop proposal estimates.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting space, aerospace, defense electronics, communications systems, satellite systems, or military hardware programs.
