Inbound Sales Specialist

Estimated On-Target Earnings: $70,000 (hourly base pay + estimated commissions). This role offers uncapped commissions, with top earners earning $100k or more in total annual compensation! Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance.

The Daily Mission

Drive Inbound Revenue: Field 100% inbound customer inquiries within a high-energy, fast-paced call center environment.
Consultative Value Selling: Listen actively to uncover customer needs and use top-down selling techniques to match them with our wireless and internet products.
Overcome & Close: Navigate customer objections with confidence, resilience, and curiosity, transforming basic inquiries into high-value sales.
Maintain Performance Agility: Demonstrate a growth mindset by bouncing back quickly from tough calls or missed daily metrics, aiming to win every single shift.
Operate with Integrity: Ensure every customer interaction is handled with absolute honesty, transparency, and pride.

Persuasive Communication: You can drill down into what a customer actually needs and paint a compelling picture of product value using top-down selling techniques.
Professional Flexibility: You hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent and are willing to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Open to All Backgrounds: Prior call center or sales experience is a great bonus, but it is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. Training time is compensated at your regular base pay rate.

Flexible Scheduling: Positions require availability for on-site shifts, including evenings and weekends; training hours will be provided upon hire.
Accelerated Growth Path: We reward high performance with accelerated career advancement opportunities. Without changing your day-to-day call type, you could advance up two full title tiers in your first 12 months, raising your base hourly pay as follows:
- Level 1 (Account Associate Executive): $15.75/hr base pay
- Level 2 (Account Executive): $17.25/hr base pay
- Level 3 (Senior Account Executive): $18.25/hr base pay
